Χτισμένο με στοιχεία παραδοσιακής αρχιτεκτονικής σε τέσσερα επίπεδα, έτσι ώστε όλοι οι χώροι του να έχουν θέα στη Χώρα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο το 2007 και διαθέτει 47 δωμάτια με άνετες βεράντες, λουτρό, κλιματιμό (ψύξη-θέρμανση), ψυγείο, τηλεόραση, πισίνα, αίθουσα πρωϊνού, μπαρ, snack bar, σαλόνι, T.V. και πάρκινγκ. Το άψογο service και η παραδοσιακή μας φιλοξενία θα κάνουν τις διακοπές σας αξέχαστες!

Στην καταπράσινη Σκόπελο μπορεί κάποιος μένοντας ακόμα και μέσα στην πόλη της Σκοπέλου να νιώσει τη μαγεία του σμαραγδένιου νησιού. Η καταπληκτική Χώρα με την παραδοσιακή της αρχιτεκτονική, την ζεστή φιλοξενία των κατοίκων και την εύκολη πρόσβαση στις ομορφιές του νησιού, προσφέρεται για αξέχαστες διακοπές. Στο παλιό τμήμα της Χώρας 150μ. από το λιμάνι διαλέξαμε να φτιάξουμε το ξενοδοχείο ΙΟΝΙΑ.
